There was about a couple of times that I did the peacocking. I did that to see if it worked because I heard that other guys were doing it.

I felt ridiculous, and was totally incongruent with my personality when I went out.

Women pay attention to fashion and like a well-dressed man, as we all know.

When I was in my workout clothes, or was wearing something basic - like jeans and a tanktop, I noticed that some of my best pickups occurred in there.

At the same time, women definitely did not respond well to those muscled-up guys wearing revealing spandex, or super-tight shirts at the club.

This make me think… that maybe this is not on how much the clothes cost or how flashy they are…

I guess there is something else going on.

Actually, there are two things going on, and you must manage, or balance these two things.

The first thing is, never seek approval from women. You are totally toast, if a woman can tell you that you are trying to impress her or make her like you.

Women will see you coming a mile a way and put up their defenses if you look like you got dressed with the intention of getting their attention.

You shouldn’t have to look like a pick up artist.

To dress modestly and not put too much thought into it avails much.

However, you need to present yourself in the best way you can and not to look sloppy.

This comes back to self-expression.

You already have a sense what kind of man you are, what your “scene” is, what you think is cool.

Do not change that.

Instead, improve it, with these simple tweaks.

Wear colors that appeal to your skin tone and hair color. This isn’t rocket science. Go to an upscale men’s clothing store, and ask someone about this. Or look online.

Next, make sure your clothes are clean, and wrinkle free, and reasonably up-to-date. A woman should not have to worry about bringing you around her friends.

Lastly, make sure that your garments are well-fitted, in other words, they EMPHASIZE YOUR MASCULINE PHYSIQUE.

Square your shoulders and wear shirts that narrow your waist.

Wear pants that make your legs look long and thin.

Wear shoes that make your feet look big and well-formed.

Clean up yourself - nose, neck, and ear hairs. Get a respectable haircut. Figure out what looks great for if you shave or not to shave, and take it all the way.

Another thing…

Accessories should adhere off you loosely, and have a look of a small decoration that says, “yeah, I can fuck.”

Make out for your intuition with this one. I don’t want to say too much because that’s a whole other topic.

3. Touch her knee with your hand. Rest your hand on the center console in the car so it subtly touches her knee. At dramatic or sympathetic points in your discussion, squeeze her knee. It’s a courageous but valuable technique to maintain constant hand on knee contact. Frequently, female passengers in your car may feel the absence of your hand if it’s missing. They might take your hand and place it on their knee.

4. Constant seated contact. If there is a bench or other suitable seat, sit next to her and touch hips or knees or shoulders. See if she backs off or presses in.

5. Hands. Find her hand out on a table or surface. Place your hand nonchalantly or accidentally next to hers just barely touching, or even stronger with your pinky resting on hers, just half an inch. If she doesn’t pull away,

The significance of flirting has greatly increased in the past 2 decades. If you go back in history, you can quickly see the evolution of flirting why it plays an integral part in today’s society.

By the 1980’s everything changed. Not only was it 100 percent the responsibility of an individual to find relationships, but it became crucial that men know how to flirt with women.

For decades after this reform, the man and the woman took on new challenges. Women had to learn how to look sexy and weed out the uninteresting men. Men had to take control and approach the women they wanted. The fear of rejection became very real. Now it’s plain to see, that the men that know how to flirt become successful with women and the ones who don’t, take whatever they can get.

The first thing you need to know is that flirting is something learned and no one is born with a natural ability to flirt. Every man has had to learn how to do it and you can to.

These flirting tips have been used in my coaching seminars and proven to bring results. The best thing to do is try new things until you find what works. Enjoy these flirting tips:

Flirting Tips #1 - Make Physical Contact

You need to start communicating through physical communication. Flirting with physical communication is much more powerful than flirting through verbal communication. The first step, is to touch/grab her hand. I do this by seeing something interesting and then grabbing her hand to get her attention and point it out. Another easy way is if you are in a crowded scene and you move somewhere else, grab her hand and take her there instead of just having her follow. Palm reading also works. When I’m holding her hand, I will gently squeeze it and then toss it away as if she said something that could be offensive in some little way. She will feel that empty void on her hand after that and want to feel it again. You could also playfully slap her hand away if she is grabbing for something.

After you initiate the touch in a safe way, wait for her to touch you back. If she touches you back, then you are set to keep pursuing. If she doesn’t, you might want to consider she is not ready for that and you need to back off a little. Most importantly, if she is touching you, then she feels you are a safe man to be with. And finding safe men is one of the most important things to women. This is a touchy subject, and if applied at the right time, you are golden.

Flirting Tips #2 - Leave on a high - get her laughing

The most important part of a conversation is the same as the most important part of a speech, and that is the ending. The way you end and the feeling you give in that ending is what lasts and makes the final imprint about yourself. It’s the same thing as molding clay - you can mold clay however you want, but when you leave it, and it dries, that is what you have to remember it by.

For example, if you are planning on meeting up, don’t end off saying, “ya we will see you then, bye.” You want to end off with her laughing. So instead, say something like, “yeah just try not to embarrass me.” or “Don’t forget to paint your toe nails.” or “This is where you say you can’t wait to see me and hope you can keep your hands to yourself.”

Flirting Tips #3 - Remember to always qualify

Qualifying is not easy for men. Men seemed to be affected by a good looking woman and then go into this mood of wanting to please her in any way they can. They basically sell themselves until they present a deal that costs the woman nothing. If it costs the woman nothing to have you or lose you, then you can imagine what kind of value that gives her. Don’t lose your value - that’s what is making her want you. The best way to maintain your value is by qualifying.

You can do this by asking question like, “that’s a cool necklace did you get it traveling?” To keep it on the more flirty side you can do what is called roll reversal, “So are you going to ask me out or what?” or “You didn’t just tell me you liked hiking to get me to like you, did you?” Whatever you do, realize that you have no idea of what that good looking girl has to offer, so don’t treat her like she’s a queen, it doesn’t make sense.

Flirting Tips #4 - Props

Props are awesome to use when you want women to come up to you and talk to you. They’re also perfect for a fallback option when you need something to talk about that you know works every time. Props give you something to always talk about and move forward with.

For instance, you could have a bandanna that hangs out of your pocket or a hat that stands out or just a shirt that says something funny. Then, when they ask about the bandanna you can say something like, “it was a ruff time in my life I don’t think we are good enough friends to talk about this yet” then you can go into some funny story or whatever you want. The most important thing about this flirting tip is that it breaks the ice and gets the conversation rolling.

Flirting Tips #5 - Flirt through texting

Being successful with women is becoming easier and easier for men. Why? Because communication through text messaging, emails, and SMS text messages has became such an integral part in everyday communication. This is a gold mine for men. It gives you time to compose the right message (which also improves your real world flirting). You can also interact with more than one woman at once to increase your chances and build your confidence. Most importantly, texting and text messages cut out all the attraction triggers that often times hurt your chances, such as clothes, smile, breath, hair, etc. All you’re left with are words and timing.

Once you get the right words at the right time, you can expect a ton of success with women. And since most men fail at flirting in texting, you will stand above the rest, and you’ll see a lot of women responding desirably to you.

Chocolate covered strawberries are a great dessert or gift enjoyed by all. Young or old, male or female, everyone loves these sweet treats. The combination of fresh, juicy strawberries, dipped in creamy milk chocolate or dark chocolate, or even white chocolate gives a flavor that bursts in one’s mouth as the juice runs down one’s chin.

Strawberries are most popular during Valentine’s Day and other romantic occasions such as anniversaries and weddings. It has become common for people to give these instead of a simple box of chocolates. Love and respect are shown to the recipient when they are given as gifts.

Fondue chocolate, however, which is creamier and more intense, is oftentimes a good choice for dipping. Using dark chocolate imparts a somewhat refined taste that many find appealing while substituting white chocolate creates an entirely different taste sensation. In addition, recipes for making chocolate abound and can be used to great effect.

The preparation of the masterpiece will have a great affect on making it appealing to the eyes, for one must be visually stimulated by the appearance, before taking a chance at exciting the other senses. Using a long stemmed, perfectly-shaped strawberry that is dipped perfectly is of the utmost importance. The dip should only cover about 75% of the berry, leaving the top quarter and stem unblemished.

It should then be placed carefully on a sheet of waxed paper which will allow it to cool without sticking. Once the berry has cooled, an additional layer or two can be added. A drizzle of white chocolate perhaps. Even a design of some sort; for instance a tuxedo pattern is popular and charming. Ultimately, the taste of this confection cannot be separated from its initial impression. Without the considerable impact of a precise dip and a perfect shape, the unique and exceptional quality of the treat is compromised.

Why is texting one of the greatest tools for flirting and building attraction?

Well, first think about everything that goes into building attraction with someone in the real world. Such as your hair, eyes, smell, confidence, words, timing, clothes, witty remarks, and the list goes on. I call these attraction triggers. Now, it’s hard to build attraction with someone in the real world because you have to account for every attraction trigger or else you will be unsuccessful in your dating. So basically, the less attraction triggers you have to deal with the better your chances of being successful in building attraction and interest. Texting does just that. All you have to account for is words and timing and that’s it. You text the right words at the right time and you can expect to triple or double your success in dating. I have seen it happen hundreds of times.

Flirting is one of the most crucial parts in building attraction and creating a sexual connection. From a rational perspective it’s an unnecessary part in communication, that’s why it’s hard for men to grasp it’s importance. Basically, if you can send the right flirty text messages, then you can create that sexual connection without having to deal with all the attraction triggers. I’m going to share with you the 3 Laws that I use when I first start coaching men on how to be more successful at sending flirty text messages:

Law #1 - Building Suspense - the 10-minute rule

Suspense creates the roller coaster effect in your flirty text messages. The best way to start applying this is to apply the ten minute rule. That is, when she sends a vulnerable message, wait ten minutes before replying. A vulnerable text messages is something like, “are you free tonight to meet up?” or “do you want to hang out?” This delayed gratification builds suspense and starts creating this uneasy feeling inside which is making her want you more and more. Then, after ten minutes you let her know that everything is cool and all that tension inside of her is released and she’s so much happier and almost privileged that she gets to hang out with you.

It’s kind of like when you lose your keys or wallet. At first, it’s not too bad and you start looking. Then, as time goes on, you become more frantic and you start feeling uneasy inside. After about ten minutes, you are in a stressed-out state and you wish they would just appear! When you finally find them, you get this rush of relief and you feel really good because of the suspense and possibility of not finding them. Apply this same rule in your text messages. Build suspense at times.

Law #2 - Keep it light, fun and un-needy

You’re probably very fond of the stressful feeling of trying to send the right text message to someone you like?!? You’ve also probably sent text messages and immediately after sending them, you thought of something that would have been better to send, right? That’s because you cared way too much about what you were sending and it came across in your message. If you relax, and truly understand that there are plenty of fish in the sea, then you will send light and fun messages that don’t say, “please write back, i need you!!!”

Law #3 - Build Attraction not Friendship

Words are the most powerful influence in anyone’s life. It determines where you stand in any relationship and how strong that relationship is going to be. Now, I can’t just give you a bunch of words to text because it would take a lot more than just an article to explain everything (However, if you want a ton of proven text messages that work you should definitely get the eBook “The Ultimate Texting Guide.” It teaches you exactly what to text to be successful with women.)

What I can do is give you tips that help you construct more flirty text messages. That is, “text to build attraction not friendship.” Men fail big time here because they are so used to sending friendly messages and they carry that style into their text messages with women. What you’re first going to do is, before you ever send the message, read it and at the best of your emotional awareness, feel if it’s a friendly message or if it’s a message that is building interest (attraction.) Once you understand the difference more clearly, you will become a lot more successful with flirting and being desired.

I’m going to give you two text messages. One is friendship building and one is flirty. See if you can feel the difference: A woman text messages two different men and asks if they want to go shopping. The first man sends back “Ya, great. I would love to go. What time?” The second man sends back, “I would go shopping with you, but I don’t want you to be tempted to make out with me in the dressing room.” By just feeling out the messages, which man sent the flirty message and is building attraction? Yes, the second man. Point is, most men seem to be stuck in the first man’s position wondering why they can’t have the women they want. Overall, the more knowledge you gain on this the better you will be at discerning between flirty and friendly messages and ultimately it will determine every man’s success with women!

This piece is for the men wanting to go past just kissing women in clubs and having one night encounters, it’s more about getting you into a fulfilling relationship.

Others brag that they discovered the best routine for attracting the opposite sex, but mostly it’s all hype (and it’s going to cost you $$$). We both know that you’re wiser than that, and have found out already that winning female hearts isn’t as easy as flipping a $1,000.00 light switch or gurus like Neil Strauss (aka Style) probably wouldn’t have created an online community around the subject. Now you may not wish to do this upon meeting a woman right away, it isn’t for the initial stages of attraction and will not serve its purpose in loud social settings. It’s intended for a moment when you are both in a tranquil setting and bonding with on another.

“The Fork in the Road Routine”

All of these directions below should be given to the woman to aid her in performing the exercise.This is created for determining and eradicating your life hurdles. Think about what your major life problem is. Is there something you desire that you don’t presently have in your life? Once you’ve come to know this hurdle it is time to move forward.

Start with a very deep inhale and then exhale so that every last drop of breath is out of your lungs and you naturally take another deep breath in. Repeat this deep breathing four more times and as you do feel your pulse slowing down and your muscles becoming more relaxed. Imagine yourself walking down a road. You come to an intersection where the road splits into two possible paths.

OK, now recall exact moments in your life when you were unable or were held back from being happy because of a very specific problem. Allow yourself to experience all the bad energy that was caused in your life because of this. While accessing these emotions and memories, give thought to the sections of your physical body affected by this particular problem. Did any muscles become rigid or tense up? Did you breathe faster? Did your pulse race?

These physical alterations in your body reveal the bad energy your problem causes in your life. Imagine now that all of that negativity as a purple stream exudes OUT of your physical form and ONTO the first path. As it exits, your muscles relax and your heart rate and pulse return to their calm pace.

Now envision a potential future that exists at the time after your problem or hurdle has been conquered. Without it keeping you down you’ve achieved all that you desired. Imagine in a full color with sound all around you what your life is like in this scenario. What appears? What do you hear? FOCUS on your senses of hear, taste, and smell. Take these beautiful sensations and put them on that second path.

At this point this exercise has been about seeing things and imagining, but you’re going to really SOLVE this conundrum. To assist you in this, 1st you must develop a road-block to stop you from moving down path one.

There could be something in your life you require to lose so that it keeps you off that path. It may be a possession that lends momentum to your problem, or even an individual that can be a negative influence. Do what you must do to be certain that you don’t travel down this path. Decide this NOW. You must build this block up here and now before more damage can be inflicted. For the last step you will give yourself the absolutely perfect method for traveling the second path. Defeating this challenge is paramount, so give yourself every advantage? Who can you surround yourself with that could serve as the best vehicle? Are there items or tools for serving your needs? Don’t put this off for even a minute. Take the initial steps needed for acquiring your vehicle NOW, in the present mind.

Remember the paths you imagined do not only live in your mind. By making progress with your block and vehicle your actual future will be the one of the good path. Now that you’re at the completion of the routine you’ll need to calibrate. Usually, because it was such a long and serious moment you’re going to want to end with humor. Put your hand out and with a wide grin announce “That’ll be ten dollars.” Then have a chuckle before moving to the next piece of conversation.

Your next topic of conversation might be about what her problem was, along with what blocks and modes of transport she devised. If she’s willing to share this is a good indicator that much trust and rapport was constructed. Remember, of course, that when she opens up, you should do the same and allow her similar knowledge of you.

It’s not voodoo, but once you have this interaction, the conversation that ensues will bond you together. When combined with the other lessons you’ve received at the Stylelife Academy you’ll move much closer to your desire of finding your girlfriend.

The initial glow of a crazy infatuation makes most people think that it will last for an eternity. But sadly, most of the time the newness of the passion and the magnetic attraction wears off for either one of the partners.
